and our staff has conducted large-scale e-mail surveys for many

The survey E-mail process
For most studies, we send out an e-mail invitation
to respondents that contain an automatic 'embedded' link to a Web-based
survey. Respondents merely click on the link in the e-mail and are
instantly transferred to the survey on our servers. After completing
the survey, respondents have the option to link back to the client's
site or another Web site of their choice.
Our clients choose Golf Promo to conduct their
email surveys due to our strict sampling methods, our security and
quality assurance checks. Every Golf Promo e-mail invitation comes
with a computer generated code that is unique
for every respondent. This allows us to track the answers of each
respondent, thereby identifying any individuals that may attempt
to answer the survey more than one time.
In addition, our unique respondent system allows
us to identify people who have not completed the survey after a
pre-determined period of time (usually five days). We can then send
out a 'friendly' reminder to that person asking them to fill out
the survey before the study ends. Our methodology ensures that no
one that has completed the survey on the initial mailing is asked
to complete it a second time.
